This is a licensed retail cannabis counter: a small shop that sells dried cannabis flower over a counter, in person, to adults, under the rules Thailand applies to a controlled herb. It is not a clinic, not a café, not a lounge and not a farm gate. Nobody consumes anything on the premises, there is no seating, and there is no back room where the rules are different.

The whole business is one address. There is no second branch, no franchise, no partner outlet with the same sign in another soi, and no stall at a night market. If you find the name on a different street, it is a different company using words that are close to ours — and there are several of those in this city, which is the entire reason this page is written the way it is.

Everything that leaves the counter leaves it in person, handed to an adult of twenty or over who has shown identification and the paperwork the law requires. Nothing is reserved, nothing is held, nothing is sent. The transaction begins and ends at the counter, and the only thing that happens before it is a conversation.

One business, two names — and how to check

This website publishes under the name Labs Cannabis. The sign above the door and the Google Maps listing read LABS DISPENSARY. Both refer to the same room, the same telephone number and the same people; the split exists because the map listing was created before the domain, and neither name was worth abandoning once both were in circulation.

Several businesses in this city trade under other arrangements of the same two short words, and at least one of them sits a few minutes away near Soi Hollywood.
